Analyst, Business Analysis and Insights Location: Bentonville, AR The Analyst, Business Analysis and Insights will support data-driven analysis and insights for a team focused on ecommerce fraud prevention. This role will help identify trends, support business strategies, and contribute to efforts that protect member accounts and maintain trust. What you’ll do: Analyze data, research risks or compliance concerns, and evaluate trends. Review results for accuracy and support reporting on business strategies. Collaborate with internal and external partners to support data-driven insights and contribute to achieving business goals. Support key business processes, serve as an information resource, provide guidance based on defined policies and practices, and assist in resolving issues through research and documentation. Assist in establishing timelines, workflows, and requirements. Support training, documentation creation, and process validation to ensure efficiency and compliance. What you’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or related field. Retail or customer service experience preferred. Proficiency in Excel. Data Analysis: Create, maintain, and evaluate data, comparing it with third-party information, budgets, or actual results. Utilize financial models, plans, and tools to conduct comprehensive analyses for both special and recurring projects. Business Strategy Support: Organize data-driven analysis and insights to support business strategies. Serve as the analytics subject matter expert, reporting data-based insights in a uniform manner, monitoring and reporting on business strategies, and collaborating with internal and external business partners to build a consistent and accurate strategy for using data-driven insights. Customer Service and Reporting: Provide reports and communicate results by preparing information and supporting documentation. Support key business processes, serve as an information resource, provide guidance and recommendations based on defined policies and practices, support relationships with key stakeholders, and resolve issues by answering questions, obtaining information, and providing documentation. Process Execution: Establish timelines, workflows, and requirements to ensure efficiency and compliance across different business areas. Support and develop training, create, verify, and distribute necessary documentation, manage and verify the functionality of key processes and controls, and load appropriate information. Customer Support: Utilize analytical tools to extract and consolidate relevant data for reporting, determine layout and formatting, analyze the best delivery methods, and identify root causes and solutions in all supported systems to meet customer requests and needs. Expertise and Improvement: Provide expert advice and guidance, supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs. Build commitment for perspectives and rationales, applying up-to-date expertise to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans. Business Solutions Implementation: Support partnerships with key stakeholders, identify business needs, determine and carry out necessary processes and practices, monitor progress and results, recognize and capitalize on improvement opportunities, and adapt to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
