About the position
As an Analyst – BCG Vantage within BCG's PIPE Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, providing capabilities and insights, working together with BCG case and proposal teams to deliver customized knowledge assets and expert advisory. Additionally, you will support the PIPE practice in developing existing & new intellectual property and knowledge assets. You will work on commercialization efforts with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications. As an Analyst – BCG Vantage you will assist with on-boarding, training and guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within the team. BCG’s PIPE Practice Area works with the world’s largest investment firms, serving eight client asset classes: Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension Plans, Family Offices, Tech Capital, Global Asset Managers, Infrastructure Investors & Real Estate, and Hedge Funds. Likewise, PIPE topics cut across not only these asset classes, but also across industries (e.g., Health Care, Consumer, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Apply expertise on PIPE content when contributing to building and deploying a product/tool/data, taking different client contexts into account.

Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant area; 1+ year of relevant work experience.
- Or Bachelor's degree, with 1+ year consulting experience or 2+ years of relevant industry work experience.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills preferred.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Will not require employer sponsorship to work legally in the United States of America.
