Requirements

  • 1-2 years of work experience.
  • Bachelor degree required, advanced degree preferred, with demonstrated high academic achievement.
  • 1+ years of expertise in relevant Organization Design & Operating Model role required.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a direct sparring partner to consulting teams, providing training, analyses, and research on Organization Design topics.
  • Partner with case teams and clients to diagnose structural challenges and adopt more efficient operating models.
  • Drive topic growth through the creation of new frameworks, tools, and materials.
  • Improve clients' performance by redesigning their organizational structures and enhancing collaboration.
