About The Position

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Analyst to join our Interest Rate Derivatives Sales team in our New York office. Reporting to the Managing Director of Bank Solutions, this role requires that employees will be available to work in an office with the potential for occasional hybrid or remote work. Our team helps regional and community banks offer interest rate hedging solutions to their commercial borrowers. We also help banks use interest rate derivatives to manage interest rate risk on their own balance sheet. We are effectively the interest rate sales and trading team for over 250 banks across the U.S. This is a client-facing role that involves daily interaction with bank executives and commercial banking lenders, as well as the trading desks of large money-center swap dealers. You will support the daily activities of senior derivatives sales team members, structure and execute derivatives transactions, and assist with ad hoc projects. Success in the role requires a foundational knowledge of financial markets with strong interpersonal skills. Experience with banking and financial markets is ideal, but we do not expect candidates to have a deep understanding of derivatives. Training and support will be provided as needed. This is a great opportunity to build a career in financial markets at a smaller organization where your work will have a direct impact on clients and the success of the firm.
