This role is not open to sponsorship. Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Analytics, this position's primary responsibilities will include strategy development and performance analysis to optimize portfolio results. The ideal candidate must be passionate about delivering results, must be an innovative and strategic thinker, willing to challenge status quo, can learn quickly, is self-motivated, detail oriented, and can sift through voluminous amounts of information to pinpoint which items are relevant to understanding business results. They will be able to apply knowledge of business and balanced judgment in interpretation of data (analytics).

  • Conduct strategy A/B tests in Auto servicing areas to improve portfolio performance and efficiency of operations; able to manage strategy rollouts from idea/inception to post implementation monitoring
  • Analyze monthly operating results and trends in portfolio performance; identify areas of opportunity and research potential recommendation for actions
  • Collaboratively work with operational and other matrix partners to ensure alignment with strategic imperatives
  • Able to deliver accurate analysis within expected timelines
  • 1+ years of hands-on analytics experience required, in the consumer lending industry preferred
  • Bachelor's degree Required, BS or BA in Analytics, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field with quantitative focus preferred
  • Strong SQL skills required; experience with Python and/or R preferred
  • Preferred experience and knowledge of consumer financing industry (e.g. auto, card, mortgage etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
