About The Position
The Analyst/Associate will be integrally involved in all facets of Stifel's Venture Banking Team's operations - from portfolio management to deal underwriting to strategic organizational projects. This role intertwines an understanding of accounting and financial principals with an candidate's desire to learn about sector and economic trends impacting the technology companies we work alongside. In joining our New York team, this role will focus heavily on understanding and contributing withing the active debt processes - structuring, underwriting, and presenting to our credit team.
