Experience in DocuSign or another contract routing tool.
Experience in contract review projects, with added advantage if candidate has working experience in a managed service environment.
Ability to read and understand highly complex contractual language to identify and flag client risks and suggest mitigation as per the client’s playbook.
Proficient in speaking and writing English.
Problem-solving attitude and target-driven along with an eye for details.
Quick learner and adaptive to any process change in a minimal time period.
Customer service experience – effective communication skills and the ability to articulate issues sophisticatedly to clients.
Ability to comprehend questions and respond appropriately (both in writing and verbally).
Knowledge of contract management tools and proficiency in MS Office.
Responsibilities
Legal point of contact to support review of prospective subcontractor objection to terms, review purchase agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and other corporate contracts.
Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
Ability to be flexible and work with a global team.
Manage timelines and maintain personal records of work done.
Train team members on processes, including contract review and contract management.
Contribute to process improvement ideas and actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
Ensure SLAs (timeline, quality) are met individually.
Complete administrative tasks as required or requested.
