Additional information about the company can be found online at www.bwpipelines.com. We are currently looking for an Analyst/Associate- Corporate Development for our Houston, TX office. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Position level of analyst/associate will be based on experience. This position is responsible for the following areas: organic project valuation and acquisition support: Primary activities include economic valuation and analysis of proposed organic projects for Boardwalk Pipelines Work collaboratively with commercial, system planning and engineering groups to understand project opportunity, assumptions, and key issues to develop a thorough economic analysis. Support acquisition activities including opportunity screening & research; target company financial review; market fundamentals analysis associated with target company industries; economic valuation of the target company; due diligence Preparation and communication of analytical work and investment approval documents to Boardwalk Senior Management.

Requirements

• Strong experience in financial valuation/analysis
• Strong analytical, logical and economic thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others.
• Proficient use of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to work under tight deadlines; ability to work with multiple groups and individuals to collect and validate information.
• 2-4 years of valuation experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, economics or applicable business-related discipline

Nice To Haves

• Two+ years of experience in the energy industry (esp. natural gas)
