About The Position

As a Analyst - Reporting and Analytics, you'll play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You'll gather data, develop reports, analyze performance metrics, and assist in the creation of data-driven insights to help inform business decisions. One of your key responsibillities is to ensure data analysis needs by the business are met while operating within data governance requirements. Consolidate and prepare bank's deposit and loan portfolio and reconciling the data using SQL functionalities. Create and analyze complex queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets in Excel. Work with large datasets and translate business requests into actionable analytical solutions. Validate results against source systems and reconcile metrics to ensure consistency. Assist in design, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards and reports using Power BI Create interactive visuals and self-service reporting solutions for business stakeholders. Document report definitions, calculation logic, and data lineage for transparency and auditability.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or similar field
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required
  • Entry level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
  • Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
  • Intermediate experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel including Lookups, PivotTables, and advanced formulas
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
