About The Position
The USRM Agency Distribution Solutions (ADS) team is looking for a highly motivated Analyst, Advanced Analytics with a strong attention to detail, natural curiosity, and an analytical background to join our team. This new team member will join the Agency Insights team, supporting Comparion Insurance Agency’s recognition program and sales compensation plan analytics. Comparion Insurance Agency maintains various recognition programs annually for its local agents and managers, in addition to some short-term programs that run locally. The agency also has a sizeable sales compensation plan for its agents and managers. This role will have responsibilities supporting both programs.
