About The Position
The Analyst position at Tricon Residential is responsible for underwriting and preparing financial analyses related to the purchasing of single-family homes across various investment strategies and U.S. markets. This role involves summarizing key investment analyses, establishing relationships with third-party brokers, researching housing trends, and performing valuation recommendations for potential acquisitions. The Analyst will work collaboratively with the Acquisitions Team and other stakeholders to support the company's growth in the rental housing market.
