About The Position

In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping long-term operational strategies by developing, analyzing, and managing forecasts that drive business decisions and improve customer experiences. You will leverage data to identify trends, measure accuracy, and evaluate workforce and resource needs, translating complex analytics into actionable recommendations. This position provides the opportunity to lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence senior leadership decisions. Your work will impact both immediate operational improvements and long-term business planning, requiring a blend of analytical expertise, tactical thinking, and process optimization. You will serve as a subject matter expert, mentor others, and act as a role model within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 7–10 years of experience in forecasting, data analysis, or operational analytics.
  • Strong skills in critical thinking, process improvement, and tactical planning.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects with minimal supervision and make independent decisions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of translating data into actionable business insights.
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends, as necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams or projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute highly complex forecasting and analytical projects, providing actionable recommendations that span multiple regions or functional areas.
  • Develop and manage reports that measure accuracy, monitor operational performance, and inform headcount and resource planning.
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact operational improvement initiatives, sharing best practices across teams and sites.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring team members and supporting growth and knowledge development.
  • Prepare and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in clear, compelling formats.
  • Own the execution of specialized tasks, including workforce management overviews and service level forecasts.
  • Utilize analytical tools and software to research, evaluate, and implement data-driven operational improvements.
