Responsible for providing financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and general support to Managers and Directors. This role plays a key part in supporting Comcast Business sales and marketing initiatives within the Freedom Region, delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and performance optimization. Possesses in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in financial planning and analysis. Typically determines own work priorities and serves as a resource for colleagues with less experience, contributing to cross-functional collaboration and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and IF/SUM functions.
• Previous experience utilizing Essbase is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tracks and analyzes key financial and operational metrics to drive process improvements and cost savings.
• Participates in the development and use of financial models; prepares budgets and forecasts as directed.
• Evaluates financial risks and opportunities through detailed metric analysis.
• Engages in Workforce Planning to track and forecast headcount accurately.
• Assists in preparing weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports.
• Researches and explains variances to budget and forecast using operational and financial data.
• Reviews journal entries during month-end and year-end close processes.
• Collaborates with the sales team to forecast and process incentives.
• Utilizes Workday incentive tracker for approvals, pulls reports, verifies sales data, and processes incentive payouts.
• Assists with Travel & Expense (T&E) reports and conducts T&E audits.
• Exercises independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
• Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; available for nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
