About The Position

The Financial Analyst 2 – Capital Finance is a key contributor responsible for delivering insightful business performance analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting that supports strategic decision‑making across the organization. In this role, you will independently manage and enhance financial models, interpret complex data, and provide clear, value‑added insights to senior leadership. You’ll help guide capital planning and investment decisions by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that shape our long‑term financial strategy. This position operates 4 days in-office, 1 day remote, offering both collaboration and flexibility while you grow your expertise within a high‑impact finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts various statistical and financial reports, as assigned.
  • Gathers analysis and creates reports.
  • Assists in budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses and related reports, as assigned.
  • Conducts financial research, analyzes financial performance against objectives and determines emerging financial trends.
  • Maintains statistical/financial databases.
  • Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
