There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.

Texas Instruments (TI) is seeking an Analog IC Design Engineer to join our established team focused on battery management solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead an Analog IC design team, taking ownership of products from their initial definition through to their release for manufacturing. This position is critical as we continue to innovate and develop cutting-edge solutions for consumer electronics, mobile computing, and communications, working closely with leading customers worldwide. As an Analog IC Design Engineer, you will direct and guide the activities of a research or technical design function responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating electronic parts and integrated circuits for various applications. You will be responsible for making assignments for team members, providing design guidance, developing schedules, and monitoring progress throughout the project lifecycle. Evaluating intermediate and final results during the design phase and silicon evaluation will be essential to ensure that technical objectives are met. Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with physical designers to monitor IC layout progress and with Design Verification teams during the pre-production phase to ensure all technical tasks are completed. Additionally, you will collaborate with systems engineers, application engineers, and marketing teams to prepare product briefs, datasheets, and application notes, contributing to product definition and roadmap formulation. Your role will also involve interfacing with customers and TI field sales/field applications teams to understand customer designs and provide necessary support. You will actively participate in hiring, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the organization and foster individual growth into leadership roles.
