One of the most foundational elements of that strategy is our analog and mixed-signal IP catalog - and we're looking for an experienced engineer to take ownership of it. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys applying their design expertise toward process improvement, IP reuse, and long-term efficiency. You'll work closely with teams across the company to bring clarity, structure, and high standards to how we manage our IP - and help shape the foundation for how we design at scale. We're looking for a persuasive and thoughtful leader who's comfortable navigating ambiguity, asking good questions, and turning messy legacy data into something both practical and powerful.
