About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Analog Design Intern to join our engineering team and contribute to the design, simulation, and validation of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits. This internship provides hands-on experience with real silicon development flows while working closely with senior analog designers.

Requirements

  • Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electornics Engineering, or related field. PhD Preferred. (Must not have graduated before September 2026)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • CMOS device physics
  • Analog building blocks (op-amps, current mirrors, bias circuits, etc.)
  • Circuit analysis and feedback theory
  • High-Speed communication theory and circuits
  • Experience with SPICE-based simulation tools (Cadence, LTspice, Spectre, HSPICE, etc.).
  • Familiarity with lab equipment and basic measurement techniques.
  • Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, modeling, and simulation of analog circuits for DDR6 using standard EDA tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso or similar).
  • Perform transistor-level simulations using tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE, or Eldo.
  • Analyze circuit behavior across PVT corners, temperature ranges, and process variations (Monte Carlo).
  • Contribute to schematic capture, design reviews, documentation, and test plans.
  • Support layout engineers by providing layout guidelines, reviewing matching-critical devices, and validating post-layout simulation results.
  • Assist in silicon bring-up and lab.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including digital design, layout, and product engineering.
