What You Will Do Interact with guests using our Spare Time Code S.E.R.V.E. service standards. Greet guests, understand their needs, explain games, and offer start up instructions. Patrol the gaming area, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and keep the fun going. Encourage guests to explore additional attractions such as other games or laser tag. Confidently operate the POS system while ringing orders, processing payments, and making change. Complete complimentary shift paperwork accurately and in an organized manner. Maintain clean, tidy, and presentable areas including amusements, laser tag, and escape rooms. Report any damaged equipment or inventory shortages to your supervisor. Promote knowledge of center features and upcoming events. Monitor for rule violations and enforce safety guidelines. Represent Spare Time in a positive and welcoming way. Occasionally dress up as Bennie the Bowling Pin during events or peak hours to hype up guests, give high fives, pose for photos, and spread extra fun. Other duties as needed. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A friendly personality, comfort with crowds, and the confidence to interact with guests of all ages. Work Environment Expect loud music, bright lights, and lots of activity. You will work with large crowds and children. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to occasionally wear a mascot costume that can be warm and requires movement. Frequent weekend work and longer shifts during peak times.
