Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and basic order entry/data tools.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and client meetings as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the gaming, entertainment, or hospitality industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new customers and locations, while maintaining existing relationships for both current and future products.
  • Assist the successful launch of new products and services into the market
  • Support client relationships and assist in running on-site tournaments and events.
  • Manage inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into active customers.
  • Handle new commercial and consumer inquiries and opportunities.
  • Assist with order processing data entry.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
  • Proactively manage and resolve customer concerns and issues.
