About The Position

Lion Country Safari is seeking a Full-Time Amusement Park Attendant who will provide exceptional guest service while operating amusement rides and attractions. The role involves interacting with the public, ensuring safety, and maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a team player, and take pride in their responsibilities.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Entry-level position with less than 1 year of experience
• General knowledge of computers
• Ability to lift at least 50-70 lbs
• Ability to swim
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Operate rides safely and in accordance with company guidelines.
• Learn and communicate effectively with the public while driving a pontoon boat.
• Handle cash transactions and operate registers in interactive animal habitats.
• Perform cleaning duties as assigned by the Lead on a daily basis.
• Familiarize with emergency and safety procedures.
• Relieve other operation employees for breaks as needed.
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures and policies.
