The AML Platform Management team at Bank of America is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Consultant to contribute to the testing functions supporting the AWARE workflow tool, which is essential for Know Your Customer (KYC) and Client Due Diligence (CDD) processes across the Global Banking and Markets (GBAM) business. This role involves managing the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, executing test scripts, identifying defects, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.

  • Manage end-to-end UAT process for the AWARE workflow tool.
  • Execute test scripts and document defects during testing phases.
  • Provide daily updates to test leads and managers regarding testing progress.
  • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to manage and execute test functions.
  • Analyze, design, and document new or modified QA procedures and standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of QA metrics for assessing application quality.
  • Provide training and guidance to less experienced QA analysts.
  • 5 or more years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
  • 5 or more years of experience in project management and QA methodology.
  • Experience in Agile/SDLC and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior experience with Pega Client Lifecycle Management and/or other AML KYC systems.
  • Knowledge of Operational Risk and Client Money Protection.
  • GB & GM Line of Business knowledge.
