About The Position

The Supply Planner contributes to the collective success in harmonizing production capacity, inventory, and customer demand for liquid and gaseous industrial gases (including, but not limited to, nitrogen, oxygen, argon, and CO₂). Ideally, you will maintain and develop a 24-month rolling supply plan. This role contributes to the reliable delivery of safe and cost-effective supply across production plants, bulk storage, pipelines, and distribution networks while fostering high service levels and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in supply, production, or operations planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.

Nice To Haves

  • CPIM, CSCP, or PMP certification.
  • Experience with Power BI or custom supply chain software (ALTO).
  • Familiarity with process manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain inclusive mid-term supply plans that balance production and transportation capacity.
  • Collaborate with plant operations to align capacity limits and maintain supply continuity during outages.
  • Cultivate relationships with distribution and logistics teams to harmonize delivery capacity and replenishment cycles.
  • Monitor progress and impact through a supportive lens, understanding root causes for disruptions and facilitating corrective alignment.
  • Contribute to the S&OP process by providing thoughtful supply scenarios and capacity insights.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of our planning community.
