We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Productivity and Enablement Leader to support our Americas Enterprise and Commercial Sales team, including Account Executives and Sales Engineers. This Sales organization is focused on a Landing and Expanding in high Enterprise and Commercial Accounts for Commvault. Reporting to the Head of Global Productivity and Enablement, you will combine your past B2B Field Sales experience, your passion for success, and your coaching skills to drive operational excellence. This role requires you to be both a strategic thinker, as well as a practitioner - willing to engage tactically whenever necessary to drive that operational excellence. Your credibility as a past seller will be a driving force behind your success. This includes your ability to embed yourself into the field (virtually and in-person), gaining the intimate knowledge necessary to understand areas of strength that will shape best practices, as well as areas to improve. Using that insight, you will build, own, and execute the strategic plan designed to drive consistency and operational discipline based on those best practices.
