Protiviti’s Americas Delivery Center is seeking an Analyst to join our finance and accounting competency. Embracing Protiviti’s vision of “Bringing Confidence to a Dynamic World,” the Americas Delivery Center (ADC) provides cost-effective, tech-enabled, and standardized services at scale, to drive efficiency into our service delivery processes in support of our global clients.

  • Collaborate and accomplish tasks for the project assigned in support of Protiviti’s Solution offerings.
  • Engage in research, development, maintenance, testing, validation, reporting, and other activities based on client needs.
  • Learn business processes, technical skills, project requirements, and industry knowledge.
  • Develop professional relationships that contribute to exceptional operational delivery and results.
  • High School Diploma/GED with related work experience or a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant academic area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with many cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to absorb new knowledge and information to develop new skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing roles and requests.
  • Ability to articulate key findings and results both written and verbally.
  • Being coachable and receptive to feedback.
  • Being detail-oriented and organized.
  • Interest in finance and accounting, including the latest trends and developments.
  • Experience in executing transaction-based activities such as verifying information for accuracy and completeness, data validation, account reconciliations, posting, and preparing outputs.
