To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable professional to join our team as an Instructor in our American Regional Training Department. The primary responsibility of the position is to provide a quality classroom product to our students, who include managers, agents, and supervisors from the stations, as well as vendor employees. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of airline experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills. This position will report to the Manager, Training Resources. Requirements

  • One (1) year of airline experience
  • Ability to work independently, set and meet own deadlines
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • A MANAGER’S RECOMMENDATION LETTER IS REQUIRED
  • Employment is contingent upon a valid driver’s license and clear driving record, 10-year Criminal History Records Check, and drug screen as required.
  • We also require proof of high school or GED completion.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of QIK, Sabre, and airport environment
  • Prior teaching experience in a corporate environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

Responsibilities

  • Provide a quality classroom product to our students, who include managers, agents, and supervisors from the stations, as well as vendor employees
  • Teach core training to include QIK Sabre, Net Tracer, Ramp – Eagle Ground Operations Manual (EGOM), and Complaint Resolution Official (CRO), Jetbridge, Transfer Assist
