About The Position

Associa Florida is looking for an Amenities Manager to lead food, beverage, and amenity operations—including our sundry shop, bar, and event spaces. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, amenities, or food & beverage operations.
  • 1–3 years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Florida Food Manager Certification & ServSafe Certification (required).
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems (Clover preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute on-site events and activities that bring the community together.
  • Hire, train, schedule, team of staff to foster a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and compliance for all amenities areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service, address resident concerns, ensure proper health and safety standards
  • Handle budgeting, POS systems, and financial reporting to keep operations efficient.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded and reported in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Work closely with the Events Committee to maintain a vibrant events calendar.
  • Ensure that all activities and events are posted and coordinated to be clearly communicated to the community and it’s residents
