About The Position

The Ambulatory Surgery Center RN Administrator is a leadership role responsible for directing operations at a busy Outpatient Surgical Center. This position involves overseeing various departments, including accounting, materials management, scheduling, medical records, and nursing. The Administrator will play a key role in operational performance, strategic growth, and compliance with regulatory standards, while also ensuring quality improvement processes are in place.

Requirements

• Current RN License.
• Experience in outpatient surgical services management or as a Director of Nursing.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on operational efficiency and quality improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Joint Commission accreditation processes.
• Knowledge of healthcare finance and accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations for the Outpatient Surgical Center.
• Oversee accounting and finance management, materials/supply management, central scheduling, and medical records.
• Support the Director of Nursing in maintaining clinical logs and compliance with Joint Commission accreditation and other regulatory agencies.
• Control quality improvement processes and manage cost containment and vendor negotiations.
• Act as the point of contact for the Same-Day Surgical Center's Business Office.
