About The Position

The ASC Administrator is responsible for leading all aspects of clinical, operational, and financial performance for the center. This role ensures high-quality patient care, drives operational excellence, fosters strong physician and team relationships, and maintains regulatory compliance. The Administrator will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while executing strategic initiatives to achieve best-in-class results. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in one of the health professions (i.e. Nursing), business administration, public administration or another suitable field preferred.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) operations management required.
  • Good command of the English language, both verbal and written, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients and others.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Must have an acute attention to detail.
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
