About The Position

The RN Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the designated clinic, ensuring its efficient and effective functioning. Coordinates the delivery of nursing services to patients across the organization. This includes leading and providing oversight for clinic development and enhancement, maintaining and managing data systems, and conducting data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. The RN coordinator ensures the clinic adheres to all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining compliance. Additionally, the coordinator develops and delivers training to staff, ensuring clinic protocols and procedures are implemented. Monitoring and tracking clinic activities and outcomes to ensure that the goals and objectives of the program are met is also crucial to this role. The coordinator will take an active role in providing direct comprehensive clinical care in the scope of professional practice, training, and educating patients.

Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing Required
  • PA Registered Nurse License Required
  • Basic Life Support Required
  • Multi State Compact RN License Required Or

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred
  • 3 years experience in area of clinical specialty Preferred
  • General Experience in an outpatient/ambulatory setting Preferred
  • General Experience with EPIC EMR Preferred
