Registered Nurse Ambulatory positions are available at Levels I or II, depending on experience and education. An OU Health Registered Nurse (RN) Ambulatory I works under general supervision, providing the highest quality of care in an ambulatory setting to patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex. RN I represents the nurse who is a novice or an advanced beginner advancing to competent, relying on rules rather than principles. The advanced beginner may have enough real experience to begin to formulate principles.
