The Ambulatory Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing prescriptions and monitoring of medication therapy in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy, or equivalent, with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms
• Registered Pharmacist License

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of one year of pharmacy experience
