About The Position
Cotton O'Neil Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Department treats patients with both acute and chronic orthopedic conditions. The Orthopedic LPNs are expected to work in the clinic for new consults, follow up appointments, nurse visits, and injection procedures. LPNs will receive phone calls, appropriately triage the patient, confer with Registered nurses, provide recommendations, and relay messages to providers to deliver prompt, prioritized care. LPNs will be responsible for imputing surgery case orders, assisting with injections, applying and removing casts, removal of sutures and staples, and assisting with procedures.
