Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our OBGYN leadership team in the role of Ambulatory Clinical Operations Manager. This position exists to manage the daily operations of patient care and resources in a defined patient care program, area or clinic. The scope of accountability for the specific responsibilities varies related to individual unit and program needs. This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday 730AM-430PM. The primary location for this role is at IU North Medical office building but will round to satellite locations in Zionsville, Westfield, E Washington St, and Noblesville.

Requires knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age and development levels of the patients served.

Requires ability to apply the organization personnel policies and procedures.

Requires ability to promote teamwork and build effective relationships.
Requires ability to take initiative and meet objectives.
Requires a high level of interpersonal; problem solving and analytical skills. Requires Bachelors degree in Nursing at time of hire effective February 24, 2013.
Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
Basic Life Support certification required. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
