About The Position

The Ambulatory Care Service Supervisor (AC Supervisor) position supports and supervises assigned activities as they relate to the AC Service Route Drivers and AC Packing personnel. The role involves daily supervision of ACSRD's, supporting service operations across designated territories, and overseeing, coordinating, and facilitating the transfer of inventory between HCSC and customer locations through ACSRD's. The supervisor ensures compliance with company and healthcare policies, maintains confidentiality, adheres to all federal, state, and local regulations, and upholds professional conduct at all times. This position is based out of the Roble Rd. Allentown location but will involve driving/delivering up to 40% of the time. The normal hours are 8:00am-5pm, with flexibility for a 4am start and additional hours as needed. Requirements

  • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record and experience driving a 26' box truck.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues.
  • Knowledge of distribution, logistics and freight management
  • A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Union environment experience preferred.
