Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced Call Center.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience: No experience is required. 0-6 months of referral scheduling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • The Access Center Representative provides scheduling support and appointment information to UC Health ambulatory patients.
  • Agents schedule appointments and complete registration for identified UC Health ambulatory departments.
