Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced Call Center.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience: No experience is required. 0-6 months of referral scheduling experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- The Access Center Representative provides scheduling support and appointment information to UC Health ambulatory patients.
- Agents schedule appointments and complete registration for identified UC Health ambulatory departments.
