Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Literacy and fluency in English
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
- Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
- Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
- Auditory and visual fields must include immediate environment
- Ability to tolerate fluctuations in temperatures
- Ability to work inside and outside events during all conditions
- Ability to move quickly in response to emergency situations
- Ability to climb 7 flights of stairs to provide assistance during an emergency
- Must be able to bend, lift up to 45 lbs. and to carry the weight up to 20 feet
- Must be able to walk/stand up to 8 hours per day
Nice To Haves
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Previous special event background preferred
- Computer literacy preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide security at all promotional events sponsored by Harrah’s/Caesars Republic.
- Assists guests by giving directions and answering questions in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Report/communicate all incidents/accidents at Harrah’s/Caesars Republic. sponsored events.
- Assists with crowd control as needed.
- Checks identification (wrist bands and or lanyards and credentials) of guest to insure proper admittance and control at events.
- Patrols the parking lot and garage by foot
- Monitors and observes the parking lot and garage for disturbances, crimes, fire hazards, and undesirable persons and reports these issues to Security supervision.
- Complete written statements as needed.
- Controls and directs traffic as needed.
- Ensures the delivery of great customer service
