About The Position

We’re seeking warm, outgoing individuals to serve as Ambassadors—the first point of connection for our guests. In this role, you’ll create memorable experiences through genuine hospitality, strong presence, and attention to detail. Your ability to welcome, guide, and support guests ensures each visit feels smooth, engaging, and well-coordinated.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to stay organized and responsive in a fast-paced setting
  • A friendly and approachable presence
  • Flexibility to work outdoors, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift 10–20 lbs. as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Background in guest engagement, entertainment, or high-touch service environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide information and answer questions clearly and confidently.
  • Guide guests through the start of their experience and offer directions as needed.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
  • Share relevant updates on events, programming, and offerings.
  • Communicate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Share guest feedback with management.
  • Support team needs and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Follow safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
