Great Culture Growth Opportunities Supportive Work Environment Pay Rate: $18 Hourly Flexible Schedule Position Overview: Ensures that an appropriate number of cars are kept on location throughout the shift and are being parked correctly and the lot is kept clean and presentable.

Requirements

Superb customer service and communication skills.
Must pass a background check.
Ability to sit and/or stand at a designated station for extended periods of time, ability to walk, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, kneel, crouch, twist push/pull items, devices, etc. during the course of scheduled working hours.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs to position or remove barricades in order to close or open parking areas.

Responsibilities

Courteously assist customers by answering any questions they may have.
Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the supervisor or site manager.
Communicate any safety issues regarding debris, water, oil spills etc. directly to the site manager or supervisor.
Have a good knowledge of the major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the lot.
Assist Supervisor or Site Manager with other duties as required.
