The Ambassador Services Coordinator, Wardrobe Clerk is a part-time role at SeaWorld San Diego, responsible for welcoming new Ambassadors and ensuring they are prepared for their first day. This position involves various administrative tasks related to uniform management and employee orientation, contributing to a smooth onboarding experience for new team members.

  • Welcome new Ambassadors and prepare them for their first day.
  • Create name tags and issue employee ID badges.
  • Coordinate participation in new hire orientation.
  • Communicate and assist with the issuance of Ambassador perks.
  • Complete paperwork for loaning additional uniforms to Ambassadors.
  • Receive, sort, and stock new items using the inventory management system.
  • Stock shelves and workstations.
  • Distribute, exchange, and replace Ambassador uniforms.
  • Maintain spreadsheets to track charges for lost uniforms, name tags, and ID cards.
  • Scheduling flexibility at both SeaWorld & Sesame Place.
  • One or more years of customer service experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer systems.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work outdoors and in all weather conditions.
  • State driver's license preferred.
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift.
  • Ability to push/pull at least 35 lbs. and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable with heights.
