About The Position

Our client established the US Sports brand to address a critical gap in the market for versatile, durable, and protective outdoor apparel. Recognizing that athletes and adventurers often face harsh environmental conditions, the company focused on developing products that serve as a "first line of defense." This is an exciting opportunity for an Amazon Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic and fast-growing startup, where you will play a key role in shaping the brand’s presence on Amazon, driving product visibility, and contributing directly to the company’s growth in a competitive market. We are looking for a creative Amazon Marketing Specialist to develop and execute strategies that strengthen our brand presence and drive sales on Amazon. This role focuses on listings, images, and apparel design, while collaborating with photographers, videographers, and designers to deliver consistent branding and impactful campaigns.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in Amazon marketing, e-commerce, or brand management.
  • Strong creative eye for product presentation and lifestyle imagery.
  • Skilled at collaborating with photographers, designers, videographers, and influencers.
  • Comfortable using AI tools (text-to-image, copy generation, video editing support).
  • Excellent command of English writing and communication.

  • Background in the sports apparel or fashion industry.
  • Passion for design, aesthetics, and creative trends.
  • Experience in social media marketing and influencer collaborations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze customer reviews to extract insights and improve products.
  • Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Manage customer support, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Oversee Amazon listings: titles, bullet points, A+ content, and storefront.
  • Manage production of images and videos with photographers and graphic designers.
  • Be able to use AI tools to generate content, images, and creative concepts.
  • Conduct product research to identify new opportunities and design trends, including analysis of best-selling styles.
  • Plan and execute new product launches on Amazon.
  • Manage brand presence on social media, coordinating with influencers.
  • Collaborate with content creators to amplify visibility and engagement.
