We are a fast-growing startup in the DTC supplement and vitamin space, focused on building high-quality products and scaling aggressively on Amazon. We’re looking for a hands-on operator who can own and optimize the entire Amazon growth engine—from traffic acquisition to conversion and retention. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Amazon Growth Lead to take full ownership of our Amazon channel. This person will be responsible for scaling revenue through best-in-class PPC management, listing optimization, and full-funnel growth strategies. You should have a proven track record of scaling Amazon brands to $1M+/month in revenue while maintaining strict profitability targets (ACOS/TACOS/CAG goals). This is a high-impact role where you will work directly with the founders and have significant autonomy.
