About The Position

As an Amazon Go Retail Associate, you will serve as the face of Amazon, providing a seamless shopping experience for customers in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve customer service, inventory management, and food handling, ensuring that the store is well-presented and stocked while adhering to safety standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a high school or equivalent diploma
• Must be able to obtain Food Handler's Certification upon request
• Ability to understand and perform your duties safely in English

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and offer product recommendations
• Receive, process, and stow Amazon.com returns
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and count product
• Maintain a cleanly and well-stocked store environment
• Prepare, package, and label food items such as burritos, sandwiches, salads, and wraps
• Use and clean equipment such as cutting tools, microwaves, and scales
