About The Position

Ultra Care Logistics is seeking a Dispatcher to support Amazon Delivery Associates in coordinating operations and ensuring timely delivery of packages. The role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Dispatcher will work closely with the team to facilitate morning dispatch and evening returns, ensuring that all delivery goals are met.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Dispatching experience (at least 1 year).
• Great communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience as an Amazon DSP Dispatcher.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the Amazon delivery process either as a driver or a dispatcher.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations and provide support to delivery associates under the direction of the dispatch manager.
• Print Daily Route Lists and provide them to Delivery Associates.
• Facilitate Load Out for Delivery Associates to load their vehicles.
• Monitor Driver Progress to ensure routes and packages are meeting delivery goals.
• Work with Delivery Associates regarding any on-road issues they encounter.
• Manage inbound and outbound communication with last mile delivery drivers.
• Document all communication and interactions with customers.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Provide excellent customer service.
