You will work with Amazon's largest and most demanding customers to address specific needs across a full suite of services. You will dive deep into technical issues and work diligently to improve the customer experience. We are seeking highly motivated engineers who are focused on operational excellence and troubleshooting complex system operations, have a good understanding of Linux and automation. We need engineers who understand how to both think big and simplify solutions to complex problems; all the while ensuring that our customers continue to have the best experience possible. This position requires that the candidate selected must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. The position further requires the candidate to opt into a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.
