Resident is looking for an experienced Amazon DSP & Audience Strategy Manager to join our Marketplace team. This role will lead our DSP strategy and be responsible for scaling audience-led campaigns through our self-service DSP entity, using Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) insights to improve both targeting precision and media efficiency across Sponsored Ads and DSP. You’ll play a critical role in unlocking incremental revenue through smarter media planning and execution. This person should be an automation/efficiency expert with experience using Pacvue or similar ad tech to build rules-based optimizations for budget, bids, and campaign performance. They should be fluent in AMC audience creation, path analysis, and measurement—helping drive high-ROAS performance while building the foundation for long-term multi-touch attribution. You’ll work closely with the Marketplace Advertising Manager and Amazon GM to align strategy, budget, and KPI outcomes across brands and regions. Familiarity with tools like Stackline Atlas/Beacon Pro, Helium 10, and Pacvue Commerce is strongly preferred.
