About The Position

The Account Manager role involves managing the Amazon account for a leading Industrial and Commerce company in the UK. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for their accounts, ensuring exceptional service and continuous improvement in sales performance. Requirements

  • Experience in an e-commerce role is essential
  • A solid understanding of Amazon and how to manage the account for a successful e-commerce company
  • Advanced knowledge of using programs such as Word and Excel
  • Good problem solver who has the ability to think outside the box
  • Experience in an account management role
  • Understanding of PPC (pay per click) advertising

Responsibilities

  • Weekly and monthly sales, advertising and general account reporting
  • Managing the Amazon Account in its full entirety
  • Continuously identify ways for us to improve Amazon sales
  • Regular Competitor Analysis checks
  • A desire to continuously upskill yourself with the latest features, tips and tricks
  • Working with our internal marketing and operations teams to ensure deadlines are agreed and achieved
