About The Position

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a feed mill or similar environment.
• Experience leading a team of 20 or more employees.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with budgeting, maintenance, safety, packaging, and quality assurance in the feed industry.
• A degree in Agriculture or Feed Mill Management is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered.
