  • Receive product: ingredients, packaging, finished goods, WIP, and non-standard inventory.
  • Schedule all inbound activity, log vendor compliance information and audits.
  • Coordinate all shipments of packaging supplies from outside warehouse to plant to meet production schedule.
  • Load and unload all trucks, stage marked product for storage.
  • Obtain ingredient and packaging samples and forward to QA and Marketing.
  • Enter all P.O. receipts on same day and communicate all issues with necessary departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all returns, maintain log books and customer return logs, complete all TAF forms, CR forms and entry into system.
  • Move all received product into storage areas from receiving dock.
  • Pull packaging supplies for production, stage and count and receive all returns from production.
  • Pull kitchen orders, receive and maintain all ingredient inventories, and cycle count inventory.
  • Keep records of cycle counts and discards and communicate all issues to necessary departments.
  • Maintain control documents for any kind of product movement within the plant.
  • Verify slip number, product number & count, scan product and reconcile daily.
  • Maintain storage area and FIFO rotation.
  • Coordinate all movement 'To & From' all outside warehouses.
  • Conduct daily checks for fork-lifts and electric power jacks.
  • Report problems regarding food safety to Supervisor or Manager.
  • Ability to add and subtract five or more digit numbers and to multiply and divide.
  • Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
  • Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed written and oral instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving many concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
  • Must be able to work in extreme heat, up to 110 degrees.
  • Knowledge of 'Lock-Out / Tag-out' (for inoperable fork-lifts).
  • Experience in loading and unloading of freight.
  • Knowledge of RPMS, AS400, MS Word, Excel & General PC skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Experience in a warehouse environment.
