Mika, the refined Mediterranean restaurant by acclaimed chef Michael White, is seeking an experienced AM Sous Chef to lead and execute all prep operations for the restaurant. This role is critical to maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency across all service periods by ensuring the kitchen is fully prepared and organized each day. The AM Sous Chef will be responsible for managing prep production, supervising prep cooks, maintaining standards, and working closely with the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine to support service needs.
