Responsibilities

• Ensure all production stations are on schedule to guarantee the store opens on time.
• Oversee inventory management and place food orders for the store as needed.
• Inspect incoming deliveries to verify correct quantities and quality of items.
• Confirm staff schedules with morning team to ensure proper coverage.
• Manage food preparation, including cutting, packaging, and arranging plates on the conveyor belt.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties as assigned to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide coverage for absent staff when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to collaborate with colleagues, going above and beyond to support team success and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Be available to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed, with a flexible attitude to meet the needs of the business.
• Consistently follow and uphold all company policies, standards, and procedures to ensure smooth operations and compliance with organizational guidelines.
